Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• Standard UK Delivery: 2-5 working days
• Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (where available)
• Heavy/Bulky Items: May require a pallet delivery — additional lead times may apply

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
